This scholarship is for high school girls lacrosse players looking to play Black Lax. It is a one-time award for the fall 2023 season. Applicants are eligible to be awarded the scholarship one time per calendar year. Scholarship recipients will be notified via email if their application has been selected.

Requirements:
Scholarship applications must be submitted in full by the deadline:
Sept 15th for all teams
ANY INCOMPLETE OR LATE SCHOLARSHIPS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
Athletes must have a minimum 3.0 GPA
Scholarship recipients must commit to 8 volunteer hours with Black Lax or MKE Elite during the course of the year in which the award is issued
